About Deal Intake
Buying a car in Canada still often means a customer sitting at a dealership desk, handing over a driver's license and a pay stub, and waiting while someone manually keys their information into a credit application. Deal Intake replaces that first step with a two-minute mobile flow: scan your license, upload a pay stub, take a selfie, and grant consent for a soft credit check - all from your phone, before you've even sat down.
On the dealership side, that data flows straight into a debt-to-income calculation, a lender-tier match (prime, near-prime, subprime), and - once approved - a sync into the dealership's existing CRM (DealerTrack Canada or PBS Systems), so the F&I team sees a ready-to-work deal instead of a stack of paper.
Built for Canada specifically
This isn't a generic intake tool adapted for the Canadian market - it's built around Canadian specifics from the ground up: soft credit pulls through Equifax Canada, data hosted in AWS's Canada (Central) region for PIPEDA data-residency expectations, and integrations with the CRMs Canadian dealerships actually run.
Where things stand
Deal Intake is under active development. See Pricing to start a trial, or FAQ for more on how the soft pull, data retention, and CRM sync actually work.
